For 55 years our diverse and spirited community has gathered on the anniversary of the Stonewall uprising to prove to the earth who we are and what we stand for. We have marched to demand our rights and freedoms, and we have marched to honor our dead-–all the while celebrating our lives and loves in an explosion of queer joy and creativity.
With hard-won LGBTQ freedoms being stripped away, and oppression of our people growing ever more extreme across the globe, we must all come together to demonstrate our resolve to be unapologetically queer. Whether its your first time ever, or for the first time in a long time, create plans to attach us in the streets at San Francisco Pride.

The SF Pride Board adopted the following Core Standards for the organization on September 7th,
Safety in Being
We are protected in the ability to “be.ˮ To be witnessed as our full selves. We strive for the safety of everyone in our community. We are physically safe and we have freedom of movement.
Authentic Representation
We uplift persons who authentically represent our people and our issues.
Model Resilience, not Anger
We respond to threats by regulating our emotions to find powerful ways to stand together and influence change.
Build Belonging
In our community we bridge differences of identity. We build kinship with folx who value belonging. We build a home that marginalized queers around the world can shelter in.
Beacon of Love
We lead by modeling the world we want to live in. We create hope for people seeking a collective to be safe in and a space where they can belong.
Congratulations to the incoming members of the SanFrancisc
